Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your NestLink account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your profile, posts, comments, and reactions will be permanently deleted.
- Your messages in family conversations will be deleted.
- You will be removed from all family groups you belong to.
- Your account data will be purged within 30 days.
Your photos and files are safe. Since your media is stored in your own Google Drive or cloud storage — not on NestLink servers — deleting your NestLink account does not delete any files from your personal storage. You keep full ownership of your data.
How to delete your account
Open the NestLink app
Make sure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Go to Settings
Tap the "More" tab at the bottom right of the screen, then tap "Settings".
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your password when prompted.
Confirm deletion
A final confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete Permanently" to proceed. This action cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot log into the app, email us and we will manually delete your account within 7 business days. Please include the email address associated with your account.
