1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NestLink application ("App") or visiting our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use NestLink.

2. Description of Service

NestLink is a private social network designed exclusively for families. The Service allows family members to share posts, photos, memories, messages, and manage shared cloud storage — all within a closed, invitation-only family group.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NestLink. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • You may not share your account or credentials with anyone outside your family group.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post, upload, or share through NestLink ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant NestLink a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing;
  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Violates the privacy of any person.

6. Storage & Data Ownership

NestLink connects to cloud storage services you own (such as Google Drive). Your photos and media files are stored in your own storage accounts. NestLink does not own, sell, or share these files. You are solely responsible for managing your connected storage accounts.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

NestLink offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the respective platform's terms. NestLink does not directly process payment card information.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes or to harass others;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
